This portable kit uses the new Wilson 801245 AG SOHO 60 (upgraded June, 2011) dual-band (800/1900MHz) amplifier. This strong 3-watt 55dB amplifier is excellent for jobsite trailer, small room or any other application that requires portable cellular amplification. This is a complete kit that includes the Wilson 801245 SOHO dual-band 55/55dB amplifier, antennas, power supplies and soft carry case. Boosts cell signal and can be used with multiple cell phones and data cards simultaneously. Requires no physical connection to cell phone or data card.

Adjustable gain control has been added to the Wilson 801245 AG SOHO 60 amplifier to allow each frequency, 800MHz and 1900MHz to be individually controlled during set up and installation. This allows the coverage area to be better controlled. Ajustable gain control is new and was added to this amplfier June, 2011.

NOTE: This system is NOT designed for use in a vehicle. The inside and outside antenna require a minimum of 20-30 feet of separation. See our Wireless Desktop/Vehicle Kit if you need a system for vehicle use. Larger portable kit is available to cover larger areas.

Product Description

The wireless Powerful Signal 801245 AG SOHO 60 Portable Kit is specifically designed to be portable and easy to setup in job-site trailers, small rooms, boats, etc. The Wilson SOHO dual-band cell phone booster enhances your cell signal for about a 15-20 foot radius (20-30 foot circle) depending upon the strength of the outside signal and the frequency. A 20 foot white 240 extension coax is supplied in the kit. The mag-mount antenna has about 10 feet of coax attached to it. This kit may be attached to more permanent rooftop and interior antenna if needed.

The kit is compatible with all 800MHz and 1900MHz carriers that use GSM, CDMA, 2G, 3G and TDMA technology. Does not work with Nextel/iDEN phones. Both voice and data signals (2G/3G) are improved with this system.

Setup Example

The 12" magnet-mount antenna comes with 10' of RG174 coax attached to it. This antenna can be mounted on the inside of a nearby window using the supplied suction cup window mount. The 12" antenna sits on the L-bracket in the window and can connect directly to the amplifier or the 20' white extension coax may be used between the antenna and the amplifier to create about a 30' separation. Note: The 12" antenna is not a Wilson, but equivalent.

The desktop antenna connects directly to the amplifier and can be placed on a desk or table. It comes with 5' of RG174 connected to the antenna. The 20' extension coax may also be used between the amplifier and the desktop antenna.

The combination of coax on the two antennas and the extension coax equals about 35 feet.

The Powerful Signal Wilson 801245 AG SOHO 60Portable Kit is designed specifically to amplify cell signals in a small room without any physical connection to your cell phone or aircard. It is not designed to supply amplified cell signal to your entire building. Other larger systems offered by Powerful Signal are designed for larger areas and entire buildings. Broadcast distance for this kit ranges from about 15-20 foot radius, and this will vary depending upon the outside signal strength and carrier frequency.
