Powerful Signal Extended Warranty Policy

Powerful Signal wants to help protect your investment in the products that you purchase from us.  We have tried to select high quality products from the best manufacturers, but we realize that electronic items sometimes fail.  Powerful Signal offers an Extended Warrenty that will allow you to add one (1) or two (2) years to the manufacturers warranty for cell signal boosters.  The Extended Warranty must be purchased at the same time when you purchase your product.  Extended Warranty is not offered for all products.  Below are the current manufacturers amplifier warranties:

Extended Warranty is offered on selected products to extend the manufacturers warranty for the amplifier component(s) of your purchase.  Antennas, coax, splitters, etc are not covered.  An example would be if you selected a 1 year Extended Warranty on a Wilson product, the amplifier component would be covered by the manufacturers regular warranty for the 1st year and the Extended Warranty would cover the 2nd year.  You would have a 2 year warranty period.  If you selected a 2 year Extended Warranty, then you would have a total  warrenty period of 3 years for a Wilson amplifier.

 

Signal Boosters are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials.  Warranty cases may be resolved by returning the product directly to Powerful Signal with a dated proof of purchase receipt.  Your Powerful Signal receipt from www.WilsonRepeaterStore.com shows if the Extended Warranty was purchased.  A copy of this receipt is required.  Save your store receipt.

 

A Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is also required.  Contact Powerful Signal to obtain an RMA number.  This number must be clearly written on the return box so we know what the box is when we receive it.

 

Powerful Signal shall, at its option, either repair or replace the product.  Powerful Signal will pay for delivery of the repaired or replaced product back to the original consumer if located within the continental U.S.

 

This Extended Warranty does not apply to any signal booster determined by Powerful Signal or the manufacturer to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, lighting, water, or mishandling that alters or damages physical or electronic properties.
